Yes. We accept payment in both Saudi Riyal (SAR) and US Dollar (USD). The exchange rate applied is the standard SAR/USD peg of 3.75. Your invoices will be issued in your preferred currency with ZATCA compliance.

Yes! Annual billing comes with a 20% discount across all plans. For the Professional plan, this means you save SAR 3,117 (≈ $831) per year compared to monthly billing.

We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can upgrade at any time, or we'll apply a small overage fee of SAR 0.50 per additional shipment (Starter) or SAR 0.35 (Professional). We never cut off your service mid-month.
